Review – Healthspan’s Multivitality Boost

multiboost_with_glassWhen lovely Sylvie from FuelMyBlog offered me to trial Healthspan’s Multivitality Boost  I jumped right at it. We are under so much pressure lately, and I really could use a couple more hours during the day to get all the things done that I need too, so I just couldn’t pass up this awesome opportunity, so I agreed to trial their product and experience the Multivitality Boost. After I sent the email I began to worry a bit, I did not check the nature or description of Multivitality Boost. I was worried that it may be a pill or capsule which you need to take once a day over a long period to receive the benefits of the product. I hate taking pills and most of all remembering when to take them. To my pleasant surprise it turned out not what I thought it would be as Healthspan’s Multivitality Boost comes in the form of a powder. You use it to create a tasty drink when and if you need it. I loved this idea from the start…. but let’s get in to beginning…

Healthspan’s Multivitality Boost is sold in a lovely carton box/pack and contains 30 sachets, which will allow you to make “30 boost drinks”

Goodies inside the box

It comes in 2 flavours – orange and berry. I personally prefer the orange one. Mixed berry is still tasty but I can pick up on the vitamin B aftertaste.  I was fed vitamin B quiet a lot as a kid, as it apparently prevents mosquito bites, so I am very familiar with this taste.

I had my first Multivitality Boost drink during a long gardening session. I really forgot that pulling weeds out from the ground can be so exhausting. I was tired and needing a pick me up. In my head I’d imagined a nice big cup of coffee or a can of energy drink, both not exactly the healthy option, so when I walked into my kitchen and spotted my lovely box of Multivitality Boost, it was decided, time to put it to the test.

Making a glass of Multivitality Boost drink couldn’t be easier – you take one sachet + glass of water; you empty sachet into the glass, stir and it is ready! After my “boost drink” and 15 minutes break I was ready to continue the fight against the nasty weed invasion in my garden.

Multivitality Boost Drink

Since then I have used Multivitality Boost on many occasions like:

–      In the morning, when I did not get enough sleep and the first coffee of the day just wasn’t doing its job

–      In the evening, when everyone was deep asleep and I still had tons of stuff to do and really needed that extra push

–      During training, so I can push myself just a little bit further than normal

–      After a long day out when I am tired and the drive home still needs to be done

There is 100s of different situations where Multivitality Boostcan come in very handy. Keeping a few sachets in your car, together with few bottles of water can be a great idea for a long drive, or even a short one after a long day. It is always nicer to stop and have a quick “boost fix” rather than searching desperately for a petrol station in order to secure some tasteless cup of coffee or a can of sugary energy drink.

Before trying it out I was not sure it would work, well… it does. It really does work. It gives you an extra boost, more energy and helps you get more out of your day. I would highly recommend Multivitality Boost to everyone who needs an extra push every now and then.

I still have my morning coffee simply because I love my coffee especially a milky latte (yummy) but I have swapped energy drinks for Multivitality Boosts. It is a cheaper and healthier option and you get great results.

Multivitality Boost is sold in packs of 30 sachets at £6.95 (+£1.95 delivery cost), making a single drink just 29p. A cup of coffee will set you back around £2-£3 and a can of energy drink costs half this money, around £1.50 depending on the brand. Comparing to just 29p, Multivitality Boost has a really good price, almost as “cheap as chips”.

And now let’s get some detailed information from the manufacturer website.

  1. Vitamin B prevents Mosquito bites? really? Good to know! Thanks for this great review. Sadly my mom is allergic to vitamin B – but I’ll bet my Granny will be very happy about this product – she is the humanoid Mosquito-Airport :o)

    • I know this pain… Every summer we would go camping and it would be totally awesome 100% perfect time if not for mosquito 😦 Vitamin B for sure works for Polish type… I think others might be scared of it too…

  2. Interesting. If vegans don’t mind it, it must be free of harmful stuff.
