Evening everybody,
Just a brief post today as time is of the essence. The weather is lovely and we are doing a BBQ for 40! Actually we are getting ready for a big cook tonight… 18h long slow smoked pulled pork… oh, I am drooling here already…
Tonight we are having kebabs and some chicken drumsticks in a She Devils sauce… after this is done, the temperature on our Primo will go right down and a big pork shoulder will be invited to take honoured place on the smoking rack… and sometimes in the late morning it should be ready…
Wish us luck as this is our first proper BBQ session this season and Mark feels a bit rusty 😉
As for last weeks picture, yes! It was a koala.

I agree. I think it’s a fish’s mouth and I can detect an eye too (at least I think). Enjoy your bbq. Food sounds delicous!
I agree with what Crystal and Tracey say. It definitely looks like a fish with a beady eye and open mouth. Interesting fact about koala bears not actually being bears!

BBQ for 40 sounds awesome! I wish I could go now and spend the evening eating, instead I am off to work. I hate the time, when you walk past someone’s garden, when they doing BBQ and the only thing you can be is stay envious 🙂 Good luck sounds like it is going to be a big party. enjoy!!!!
Your BBQ sounds like a blast! That’s a herd of people to feed…lol…I’m sure it will be a huge success!
Definitely looks like some underwater creature to me – possibly a fish? a very creepy fish.
