This is so good. Luckily the only dog in my family loves halloween and greets trick or treaters usually in full attire. I’ll mention this to my friend though, her dog pulls major tantrums if anyone is even near the front door. xx
Good to see thoughtful guides for pets, my cousins dog really suffers with stress wanting to guard the house and Halloween is a nightmare for him.
Same for cats too x

Someone beat me to the punch…this is great for cats, too!
Great tips – we don’t really do anything for Halloween but I am dreading bonfire night 😦 x
Very good tips! Thanks so much for sharing! will def be keeping these in mind!
This is great because it is our first “Big” Halloween now that my son is 3 years old and has the energy and enthusiasm to go out for Halloween.
This is great!! I am very lucky that my dog is not phased by Fireworks, in fact he likes to watch them through the window. We keep him safe indoors though, snuggled up on the sofa!
This is great! I’ll have to share it with my in-laws as their dogs always get freaked out by people coming to the door in costumes! Thanks for sharing!
It’s definitely a good idea to put them up so they don’t sneak out the door when you are opening it to trick or treaters! Great tips!
So true, we are forever responsible, that is why a pet is more than a cute choice. Great responsibility.
